Classes for beginners
Candy making and cake decorating classes available for the beginners! Classes are
usually held after business hours in my kitchen. Classes are available on
Tuesday or Wednesday evening, either 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at your disposal.
Tell me what you want to learn, I will tell you what supplies you need to bring.
$35.00 per person. ($25.00 if there are three or more!)
Confections Workshop
This hands on class will teach you how easy and fun it is to work with candy.
You will be able to delight your family with a wonderful treat. Filled chocolates,
nuts and raisin clusters and truffles will be explored, to name a few.
Samples will be a gift wrapped to take home.
Wedding Cake Assembly
Learn how to prepare cakes for assembly including the use of dowel rods, stacked,
2-plate and pillar construction, push in pillar construction.
Good for caterers and bakery employees.

Custom Design Logo Chocolates
Logo chocolates are available for businesses for their marketing. This customized candy
can be created in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Camera-ready artwork is required for sculptured molds, or graphic designs
could be created for you for an additional charge.

My gift balloons can be customized to fit your needs. Great gift idea for birthdays,
bridal showers, weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, holidays,
bachelor/bachelorette parties, business thank-you’s…. anytime!

Military/College Care Package
Do you have or know a college student who needs a little special something just to get them through
the rough points. We can put something together for them and mail it Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation!
